More of an epilogue than a third instalment; I covered most of what I saw in parts one and two. There were one or two things, however, that I couldn’t let go without a mention. The above for instance, was so new it had been finished off literally the night before the show. BPL readers will be familiar with the ATK Newmark binding; it has featured in a few articles now. As you can see in the photo, this new version has a U spring heel lock so that the boot can be locked down and used like an alpine downhill boot:
