frequently used walking dogs; frees both hands, when power goes out at home or fixing something under sink. Safer than candles; better than hand held flashlight; has flashing red lights too for emergencies or warning. Get as many lumens(bright) as you can. Used camping. Good for reading, illuminating, navigating to head. Hard to misplace.have several. Makes thoughtful gift!  Dont go too cheap!
